About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and friendly clinic receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of our clinic team. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out, manage scheduling, coordinate insurance and billing, and support providers so they can focus on delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and manage front desk check-in/out efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring smooth patient flow
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed
  • Collect co-pays and assist with basic billing questions
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Support overall front desk and clinic operations, contributing to a positive patient experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office, preferably podiatry, is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance processes is helpful
  • Professional, organized, and attentive to detail with a patient-focused mindset

Director of Clinic Operations

Job Summary 

The Director of Clinic Operations leads and oversees the administrative and operational functions of our clinic(s), supporting the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care. This role includes personnel oversight, quality improvement monitoring, regulatory compliance, and staff development. The Director is responsible for fostering an efficient, well-organized clinic environment where staff are supported, patients receive safe and effective care, and operational goals are met. The position requires regular travel to multiple clinic locations to provide on-site oversight, support, and coordination. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative oversight for daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care 
  • Monitor and maintain standards through quality assurance programs 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and hospital policies 
  • Anticipate and respond to physician and clinical staff needs 
  • Address personnel, patient, and public concerns in a professional and timely manner 
  • Develop and evaluate job descriptions, performance reviews, and professional development plans for staff 
  • Plan and coordinate staff orientation, ongoing education, and in-service training 
  • Manage clinic budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation 
  • Maintain open communication with medical staff and leadership

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience 

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) 
  • Current appropriate state licensure 
  • Advanced education preferred 
  • BLS instructor certification preferred 
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, employee motivation, performance management, and decision making 
  • Proven management skills to supervise personnel and ensure delivery of maximum quality care to patients 
  • 4+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a high-volume clinic setting strongly preferred 
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to provide and oversee clinical services 

Physical Requirements 

  • Frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds (with assistance) and carrying objects up to 50 pounds 
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, reaching, and/or stooping

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Podiatrist to provide comprehensive care for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. This includes performing thorough evaluations, diagnosing complex cases, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering both non-surgical and surgical interventions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical and surgical expertise, applying evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse cases, from routine podiatric care to advanced surgical procedures, in a supportive environment that values collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality patient care. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of foot and ankle disorders 
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures with a focus on quality outcomes – along with wound care management 
  • Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing both immediate and long-term patient wellness 
  • Educate patients on preventive care and post-treatment management 
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care 
  • Maintain thorough and compliant medical documentation in EHR systems 
  • Participate in community health initiatives and professional development opportunities 
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in podiatric medicine and surgical techniques 

Qualifications: 

  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution 
  • Completed an accredited surgical residency program 
  • Valid Montana State medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure 
  • Board certification or eligibility preferred 
  • Current DEA License 
  • Proven clinical and surgical expertise in podiatry 
  • Strong communication skills with a compassionate bedside manner 
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member 
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. 
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for several hours at a time. 
  • Ability to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.  
  • Must be able to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues. 
  • Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information.
